• Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
• International: 10-15 business days (additional charges apply)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Since our products are handmade and made-to-order, some items may take an additional 2-3 days for preparation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A WhatsApp message with tracking details
• Tracking number to monitor your package

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable:

• The courier will call you before delivery
• If all 3 attempts fail, the order will be returned to us
• Return shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from refund

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped.

8. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE. International shipping charges and delivery times vary by country. Please contact us on WhatsApp for international orders.
