2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Have a valid order ID and proof of purchase
- Not be a custom-made or personalized item
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products damaged by misuse or improper washing
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
4. How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, follow these simple steps:
- Step 1: Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 91660 10573 within 7 days of delivery
- Step 2: Share your order ID and reason for return
- Step 3: Send us photos of the product (for defective items)
- Step 4: Our team will approve the return and share pickup details
- Step 5: Pack the item securely and hand it over to our courier partner
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the same payment method used
- For COD orders, refunds will be sent via UPI/bank transfer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was defective)
6. Exchange Policy
If you received a wrong or defective item, we offer free exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will ship the correct item at no extra cost
- Return shipping for defective items is free
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos/videos of the damaged package and product
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
- Please do not accept visibly damaged packages from the courier
8. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order:
- Before shipping: Free cancellation, full refund
- After shipping: Cancellation not possible — please refuse delivery or initiate return
- For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
9. Return Shipping Charges
- Defective/Wrong item: Free return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer bears return shipping charges (₹99-₹199 based on location)
- Size issues: Customer bears return shipping charges
